Yes – I have that too. One of my favorites. I have learned to keep it out of the sun. Our July and August are too harsh.
I like him plus his rug (ground cover) and there’s no litter box. It doesn’t get much better than that. 🙂
That is a beautiful garden statue, Laurie! Yes, the kitty looks quite content, eyes closed. I can imagine a purring sound. 🙂
A perfect sitter for your shot.
Lovely!
Lovely picture – we call the plant Sweet Woodruff
Same here! And it does have a lovely, sweet smell.

He looks blissfully happy 💚
A good place for a cat to keep watch.
How gorgeous!
Thanks so much!
Sweet! ❤
Thanks, Eliza!
Laurie, that’s a beautiful photo. The colors blend and contrast perfectly. Is this on your property?
Many thanks! Yes, in one of my gardens.
Very restful.
A perfect place for a cat to keep watch.
So peaceful!
Sure is.

A nice comfy rug.
It looks like you reversed things, and have a gingham cat. Is there a calico dog around?
No calico dog. 😉 But I do have a little temple dog in my back garden.
Very sweet among the tiny flowers.
Thanks so much!

Thanks, Lavinia.
Is that sweet woodruff? The cat looks very sweet in it.
It is indeed sweet woodruff.
So much easier than a real cat – although not as cuddly.
And no purring! But we also have two fur cats along with the quiet cat in the garden.
I love my cats but sometimes wish they would be as quiet and still as yours!
I know what you mean. We have two fur kitties, and one, especially, is quite a handful.
All plants are cat mint for this little sweetie.
You bet!
Lovely photo!🙂
Many thanks!
So lovely!
Thanks, Sheryl!
adorable-what a treasure to behold!
Many thanks!
Great bit of garden art.
Thanks, Jason!
