Beautiful photos! Rain can be annoying, but in cases like this also leave very artistic footprints.
Thanks, Marga! I always love the way flowers and leaves look after it rains.
Lovely photographs, Laurie 🙂 Could do with some rain here at the mo (and I never thought I’d say that here in the rainy Midlands) … in the middle of a two week heatwave, and hotter than Barcelona (!)
Many thanks! Hope you get rain soon.
Still waiting …! The weather report promised storms, but they never came. It is much cooler now though, much more bearable 🙂
Glad the weather is cooler!
Nice pics! Love the water droplets on the rain.
Thanks, Jason!
Beautiful images Laurie, I love those raindrop captures :o) xxx
Thanks so much!
Lovely photos. I’m beginning to wish for rain – it’s too hot for me now.
I’ve heard from other blogging friends that it’s been too hot in England. My husband and I were wondering what the temps have been.
I swear the cool days haven’t felt that cool. 28c is about 84F
I hate to write this, but those temps are pretty typical for a Maine summer. I guess you’re accustomed to cooler summers?
I knew you were going to write something like that. 🙂 We are used to warmer winters, cooler summers and therefore have no snowploughs, aircon or fortitude. Or lobsters.
Tee-hee! But you do have cream teas and some of the most beautiful green countryside it has been my privilege to see.
Yes, we are generally quite green. 🙂
Such a beautiful country.
Thank you, though I can’t claim much credit for it. 🙂
I echo the comments of others. Lovely.
Thanks, Beth!
Excellent photos, Laurie
Thanks, Derrick!

Thanks, Eliza!
Raindrops set flowers and leaves off so nicely.
Thanks, Clare!
