Wonderful!
Thanks, Susan!
That’s wonderful Laurie! Here’s to many more happy years of friendship 🤗💜🕺
Thanks, Xenia!
Nice portrait, Laurie. ❤
Thanks, Eliza!
For two silly guys they’re looking awfully serious!! 😝😝 Great picture of them!!
Right?
Aw! How lovely.
But why are they standing in the naughty corner?
Tee-hee. Hadn’t thought about it that way. I’ll be writing about the “naughty corner” today (September 26).
Lovely to see friendships enduring
Thanks, June.
Great picture of great friends!
Thanks, Gayle.
Lovely photo of them both… I think there is a Simon & Garfunkel song that says “old friends are the best friends, they love you without question”..😀
Yes, yes! Many thanks!
Did you have to corral them into the corner before they agreed to have their photo taken? Only joking! I rather like the angles of the floor and walls behind them. Lovely portrait!
They went willingly! Stay tuned for more about that backdrop and an exhibit that goes with it.
Oooh! That sounds interesting.
Great portrait. And old friendships are best!
Thanks, Lisa! Sure are.
J & D > What a wonderful portrait – and you’re the photographer? The setting seems to provoke all sorts of comments! Unfortunately our witticism has been and gone already!
I am the photographer. I had very photogenic subjects. I’ll be writing more about the backdrop in today’s post. (September 26)
Old friends become more and more precious as time goes by.
They sure do.
They even kind of look alike, after all these years!
Must admit I had never thought of that. 😉
I agree!
My first thought was how alike they look. I could easily have assumed they were brothers. Wonderful portrait and testament to such an enduring friendship. I look forward to learning more 🙂
Many thanks!
I love seeing old friendships survive! One of my oldest and dearest friends I have known since I was 7 years old.
Wonderful!
That’s a great portrait! I love the angled corner.
Thanks, Jodie.
: )
Great photo to celebrate the friendship!🙂
Thanks so much!
