One of my favourite plants because not only is is beautiful but you can eat the flowers, leaves and seed pods.
Yes, yes!
Yes I love putting blossoms in salad. So nice and peppery! Complementary colors are powerful and this is a beautifully composed picture of nature’s loveliness.
Thanks, Betsy!
The new yellow looks fabulous beside your indigo fountain Laurie! 🙂💖 xxx
Thanks, Xenia. That fountain was a 60th birthday present from my daughters and son-in-law. What a gem!
I love nasturtiums. Nasturtium decals were popular on china in the 1920s and 1930s. I have a Homer Laughlin covered jug with the decal on a high shelf in the kitchen. I found this image of the decoration online. Several companies produced dinnerware with the decal, but none ever combined it with cobalt as effectively as you have!
What a pretty decal! No wonder it was popular. Time for a comeback. Wish I could say that had planned to combine the orange with the blue, but it was a happy accident.
Matching the naturism with that color of blue really makes the orange sizzle!
Sure does!
Lovely wandering plants
Wandering is right! All over the patio. 😉
Wonderful photo and title!!
You have taught me well. 😉
😁
Ha! I love orange flowers, as you may know. I like yellow ones, too.
Both beautiful colors for flowers.
