What a beaut!
One of many huge trees in our backyard.
Brrrrr . . .
Yes, it’s been very cold in Maine this winter.
I suspect my soft British bones would find every winter in Maine to be quite cold. 🙂
No doubt. Sometimes Clif and I, two old Mainers, find our Maine winters quite cold. But Clif and I are true-blue Mainers, and winter is in our bones and souls.
The soul is OK, it’s the bones I find hard to take. 🙂
What a beautiful tree.
Thanks, Susan!
Evergreens dusted with snow are so beautiful!
They certainly are!
All decorated in its white dress! Such a beautiful view to look out upon, Laurie.
Thanks, Debbie! Yes, a white dress. Love that image.
Judging from the height of that beautiful tree, I imagine it is carrying quite a weight in snow.
Yes, indeed! Although that particular storm left light snow.
What a gorgeous tree Laurie! 💚
Many thanks!
Gorgeous! Even the skies cooperated.
Mother Nature knows how to put on a show.
A magnificent tree, looking especially grand with snow all over it..
Thanks, Gerrie! The sight fills my heart with joy.
Wow! That is truly stunning!
Many thanks! Mother Nature really knows how to set a scene.
That’s one glorious scene. The blue sky is the perfect addition.
You bet! Mother Nature is a great artist.
Oh Laurie, what a glorious, snow-covered tree. Lucky you!
Oh, thanks! How love seeing that snow-covered tree against a bright blue sky. Makes the spirit soar.
Indeed.
Gosh – you still have a lot of snow in March.
Spring doesn’t come to Maine until April, and even then it’s tentative.
That is so pretty!
As I wrote in another comment, always fills my heart with joy to see that snowy tree.
Wonderful
Thanks, Derrick. Seeing that snowy tree fills my heart with joy.
What a lovely shaped tree! The snow is so pretty but It looks very cold!
Many thanks! Yes, very cold.
A glorious tree – but the white will be gone soon!
True, if it didn’t keep snowing. Which it has. 😉
Snow sure is pretty. It’s a good thing I think so because we will for sure get at least 1 or 2 more big snows this spring. You too I imagine.
Oh, absolutely. Sometimes even in April. Our climates are very similar, it seems.
We almost always get at least one heavy snow in April.
But it ever lasts more than a day. Thankfully. I always, every year, worry about my daffodils because they’ll be up when it snows. But they are tough little yellow things!
Beautiful
Many thanks!
How beautiful it is against that blue sky!
Thanks, Clare!
I love that aha! moment when I made out the scale of that tree!
It is very tall!
A lovely frame. Right now I am enjoying spring days.
Thanks, Rupali! Enjoy, enjoy.
It makes me think of Narnia. Have you checked whether there is a wardrobe out there?
Beautiful photo and love snowy trees!!🙂
Many thanks!
The snowy tree brings back memories of New England, Laurie. Thank you!
